The core background of ACII President Gisele McAuliffe is journalism. She is a veteran national and international producer, writer and reporter for television and radio in the U.S. and overseas. Relying on 27 years of working for and with the news media, ACII conducts seminars and trains organization spokespersons of all levels in how to manage news interviews. We do it by helping our clients become better LIVE communicators.
The ability to tell your story in a compelling way is critical to changing minds or championing a cause. Through effective use of talking points, provocative sound bites, and body language, ACII prepares in-house spokespersons to avoid the pitfalls of facing a large audience or a single reporter. Specialized training workshops and simulations stress the importance of:
Establishing an agenda
Organizing key messages
Anticipating questions
Identifying potential vulnerabilities when facing the news media and other audiences
On Camera Interview Training We will bring our video recording equipment and workshops directly to you, anywhere in the world. We specialize in media, presentation and speech training, as well as executive coaching, to enhance verbal and non-verbal communication skills. ACII provides on-camera media coaching in a one-on-one setting or in a group seminar. We instruct individuals in how to be more effective and persuasive interview subjects, how not to comment without saying “no comment,” how to handle an aggressive reporter, how to appear calm on camera and how to stay cool and in control during the dreaded “ambush interview.”
